Manager, Business Systems
Guardant Health, Inc.
Guardant Health seeks a Manager, Business Systems to lead Oracle ERP Cloud operations and optimization across financial and operational processes. This hands-on leadership role combines functional and technical expertise to manage daily ERP support, system enhancements, and strategic initiatives while supervising analyst teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead analysis, design, implementation, and support of Oracle Fusion Financial Cloud production environment for R2R, O2C, and P2P processes
- Define team structure and manage resource planning, capacity, and workload distribution across ERP functional areas
- Manage backlog of user requests with prioritization governance and regular status reporting
- Design, troubleshoot, and resolve data-related issues in collaboration with integration teams and maintain monitoring reports
- Lead organizational change management efforts for ERP enhancements, including communication, training, and user adoption
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with 12+ years of experience
- Strong hands-on functional expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
- Proven experience supporting live Oracle Fusion Cloud production environments with troubleshooting and configuration
- Deep Finance and Accounting process knowledge with ability to translate business requirements into Oracle solutions
- Leadership experience managing ERP analysts and support resources, including offshore teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
