Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Role: Provides direct nursing care in complex assessment and intervention settings, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive patient assessments, analyzes data to determine diagnoses, develops and implements individualized care plans, and evaluates progress. Collaborates effectively with patients, families, and interprofessional teams, utilizing evidence-based practices and maintaining current clinical knowledge. Ensures safety protocols are followed and communicates effectively across all levels. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent Minimum of 1 year RN experience in float or 2 years in regional float Valid RN license and BLS, ALS, PALS, ENPC, NRP, or equivalent certifications Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills Physical ability to perform frequent standing, walking, lifting, and other physical tasks Key Duties: Gather patient data, develop and execute care plans, foster safety, collaborate with healthcare teams, and contribute to quality improvement.
