ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Outreach Specialist for Leslie Gilley Insurance Agency, you will drive the continued growth of our agency by generating new leads, following up with prior customers, and supporting marketing event lead generation. You will also represent our agency through targeted outreach, including community events and outreach events , to build relationships and connect with new prospects.

PART-TIME: 20-25 hours per week

LOCATION: 6427 W. Highway 146, Suite 1, Crestwood, KY 40014, HYBRID, REMOTE

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Consistent work ethic and ability to track and reach daily outreach goals.
• Resilience and comfort hearing “no.” Ability to stay positive and continue outreach efforts.
• Goal-driven mindset with expectations of success and strong money-driven motivation.
• Communication and persuasion skills; proficiency in using CRM software.
• Organizational skills to manage and track multiple leads.
• Professional and courteous telephone manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
• Identify and qualify leads for agents by gathering relevant customer information.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals to schedule appointments for agents.
• Maintain and update a database of prospects and customer interactions.
• Ensure all communications adhere to State Farm guidelines and compliance standards.
