About The Role We are seeking a seasoned and results-oriented Consumer Sales Director for our Partner Managed Channel, to lead and elevate our Partner Managed team and to expand our products and services through these existing partnerships leveraging technical integrations that use APIs, hosted solutions, and SDKs. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives to drive significant and sustainable sales growth across our partnerships. What You Will Do In The Role Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for major strategic partners within a broad range of industries including telecom, fintech, financial institutions, retail, membership services, OEMs, etc. Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Business Development Sales Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceeding goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major partners, including procurement, category managers, and leadership level personnel. Navigate complex landscapes, understanding and adhering to specific partner requirements, promotional calendars, and best practices. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions within a partner environment. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth, refine strategies, and maximize profitability. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product launches, effective marketing campaigns, and efficient product fulfilment within partner channels. Stay informed of evolving trends and consumer preferences, proactively identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities. Present and negotiate compelling sales proposals to secure new partnerships and advantageous terms with existing partners. What You Need To Be Successful In The Role Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building successful relationships with partners. Deep understanding of the retail landscape, including key players, dynamics, and best practices in merchandising, promotions, and vendor negotiations. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive significant and sustainable revenue growth. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key decision-makers. Strong analytical, strategy development, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to optimize sales strategies and make informed decisions. Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Travel required. Compensation Range: $175K - $225K #J-18808-Ljbffr
