Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level associate attorney specializing in energy and regulatory matters to join their team in New York City, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy regulatory law and infrastructure transactions, with a focus on advising data center developers and large energy users. Duties Advise clients on energy regulatory law and power markets. Manage infrastructure transactions and related energy matters. Represent clients in regulatory proceedings before FERC and state public utility commissions. Communicate complex legal matters effectively to clients and colleagues. Develop and maintain strong client and counsel relationships. Requirements 3-6+ years of significant law firm experience in relevant fields. Experience with digital infrastructure and large-scale energy procurement. Proactive approach with strong business acumen. Excellent problem-solving skills and judgment. Team player with a strong work ethic. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admission to the New York State Bar.
