Maintenance Mechanic

Job Title: Maintenance Technician As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in our Maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of machinery and equipment, including conveyor systems, hydraulic components, and machine controls, through regular repairs and maintenance. Responsibilities Perform electrical and mechanical tests to identify the exact cause of issues. Maintain equipment and machinery, repairing or replacing defective parts as necessary. Track and maintain labor, parts, and machine history using the plant CMMS. Operate and service the plant boiler, autoclaves, and other HVAC equipment. Provide necessary support to various departments to resolve day-to-day maintenance issues. Essential Skills Minimum of 5 years of industrial electrical experience or equivalent education and experience. At least 5 years of experience with Allen-Bradley PLC (PLC-5 preferred). Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and electronic troubleshooting and maintenance. Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of mechanical and electrical principles. Experience with WonderWare or other industrial HMI software is a bonus. Additional Skills & Qualifications At least 5 years of heavy industrial mechanical and millwright experience in a continuous 24/7 manufacturing environment. Experience maintaining large industrial equipment. Attention to detail and diligence in follow-up. Knowledge of root cause and fault-free analysis techniques. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong attendance record and consistent tenure. Related education or certifications are advantageous. Experience in electrical troubleshooting and PLC/VFDs. Why Work Here?
