Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations to objectively assess each patient's mobility, function, and physical impairments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and rehabilitation strategies to promote healing and enhance function.
• Document patient progress meticulously in Raintree, adhering to clinic policies and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Educate patients and their families about effective home care practices, injury prevention strategies, and the importance of adherence to therapy schedules.
• Regularly reassess treatment plans and make necessary adjustments to optimize each patient's recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will work primarily with orthopedic patients of varying ages who are recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions. This includes managing cases such as post-operative rehabilitation following joint replacements, sports-related injuries, and help with mobility challenges associated with age or illness. Engaging effectively with patients in their home environment allows you to gain insights into their daily challenges and tailor interventions that best support their needs.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required; advanced degrees are preferred.
• Possession of an active license or eligibility for licensure in the state of Nevada is necessary.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
