Responsibilities Provide safe, competent nursing care for patients in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team. The concepts of Patient Centered Care will provide the foundation for all nursing care. Always demonstrate service excellence standards. Demonstrate willingness to float to various nursing departments as per competency. The Alan B. Miller Medical Center is a new state‑of‑the‑art hospital opening Spring 2026, located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. It will feature 150 private patient rooms, a medical office building, and a helistop, with 365,000 sq ft of hospital and medical office space. The new center will offer comprehensive medical services including Emergency Care, Orthopedics and Surgical Services, Labor and Delivery, Neonatal Intensive Care, Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Neurosurgical services. Qualifications Education Requirements: Graduate from an accredited or NLN‑approved RN program. Experience: One to three years of nursing experience in an acute care setting. Skills: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Effective interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to adapt to multiple and changing priorities. License / Certification: Current state nursing license. AHA BLS certification required. AHA ACLS certification required.
