Position Summary

Provide administrative support for Account Executives and executive leadership. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Model a customer-oriented focus while communicating between our clients 
  and customers.
• Assist with data entry of MYA, client, and customer required forms and portals.
• Create and produce business correspondence, reports, and related materials.
• Maintain customer purchase order records, purchase order tracking, request invoices, manage customer deductions, and implement rebate procedures.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
• Prioritize workload between Account Executives.
• Manipulate images according to customer requirements.
• Create surveys and other sales materials.
• Order samples within client specific documents or portals. 

 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

 

• Associates degree or higher and/or equivalent full-time work experience in related field 
• Work experience in the grocery or convenience store industry preferred 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work with multiple computer systems daily and multi-task
