Toyota of Des Moines is looking for a high-energy, high-quality Business Development Representative to join our service team. The Business Development Representative’s primary responsibility is contacting all leads from multiple sources and setting appointments with our clients. 

Responsibilities:

• Excellent organizational and self-motivating skills
• Excel in appointment setting
• Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
• Exhibits excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Learn and maintain all company call guides regarding inbound/outbound calls
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Logging all customer details and comments in contact management system

 

Pay: $20 per hour

Schedule: 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday 

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional, courteous, and personable demeanor
• Previous outbound call experience required 
• Task-oriented with the ability to follow direction and work independently
• Must be at least 18 years old to apply
• Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Will submit to a drug and background screening
