Toyota of Des Moines is looking for a high-energy, high-quality Business Development Representative to join our service team. The Business Development Representative’s primary responsibility is contacting all leads from multiple sources and setting appointments with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Excellent organizational and self-motivating skills
- Excel in appointment setting
- Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Exhibits excellent oral and written communication abilities
- Learn and maintain all company call guides regarding inbound/outbound calls
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Logging all customer details and comments in contact management system
Pay: $20 per hour
Schedule: 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional, courteous, and personable demeanor
- Previous outbound call experience required
- Task-oriented with the ability to follow direction and work independently
- Must be at least 18 years old to apply
- Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Will submit to a drug and background screening
