Duties:- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system- Provide accurate information to callers and assist with inquiries- Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings- Receive and sort mail, deliveries, and packages- Maintain a clean and organized reception area- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred- Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Professional appearance and demeanor

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
