$60,000 - $140,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of insurance professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans that align with company goals and drive business growth.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, supporting their professional development and career progression.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and trust.
• Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes and enhance collaboration across the organization.
