Recruiter- Life Science

This is a hybrid opportunity in NYC (Chelsea) We are seeking a 360 Recruiter to join our Life Sciences division in a high-impact role that combines full-cycle recruitment with business development ownership . This position is designed for a proven performer who thrives in a metrics-driven environment and is motivated by building both client partnerships and candidate networks within the Life Sciences sector. This is not a delivery-only role. You will be responsible for driving revenue, developing new business, and owning the full recruitment lifecycle —from client acquisition through successful placement. Responsibilities Execute full-cycle recruitment in a 360 capacity, including both candidate placement and client acquisition Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the Life Sciences sector Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers Maintain and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings Conduct interviews via phone and in-person Strategize and leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify high-caliber candidates Engage and nurture passive candidates Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews Meet and exceed individual recruitment and sales quotas Qualifications Proven success within the Life Sciences field, including recruiting and/or business development Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build client relationships Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite High energy, resilience, and a passion for both recruiting and sales Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets Base Salary 75-85K with Commission up to 37.5% #J-18808-Ljbffr GQR
