Prepare quality products while maintaining proper food safety practices, portion control, and presentation within service goal times. Demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and honesty while interacting with guests, team members, and managers. Maintain a neat, clean, and unwrinkled uniform, with a well‑groomed appearance and adherence to hair restraint and jewelry restrictions. Follow company safety standards and look out for the safety of other team members and guests. Follow established restaurant practices and procedures, performing position responsibilities timely and accurately. Perform any other miscellaneous job duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to follow standard operating procedures and food safety practices. Reading and writing skills required. Strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to provide customer service in accordance with brand standards. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Operate computer and other office equipment for extended periods. Move items weighing up to 50 pounds. Use smell, sight, and taste for testing menu items. Possess manual dexterity for assembly. Reach, bend, push, pull, and/or stretch to grab or move items. Remain in a standing or sitting position for 4 or more hours at a time. Move quickly inside and outside the restaurant. Operate kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, grills, toasters, etc. Exposure to cold temperatures from coolers and freezers, as well as heat from cooking equipment. Exposure to weather such as heat, cold, rain, snow, and wind while performing tasks outside. Read, see, and comprehend a variety of written or displayed media.
