Impactful Financial Case Manager for Older Adults

Lifespan of Greater Rochester Inc.

Lifespan is a trusted nonprofit serving older adults in the Rochester area. The Financial Case Manager maintains a caseload of 30–35 clients, handling bill paying, Medicaid/benefit applications, and planning for long-term financial security.

Responsibilities include client meetings, record-keeping, reporting, and advocacy with financial institutions. Hybrid work may be explored after probation, with a focus on proactive, community-based service delivery.
