Trillium is seeking an experienced Print Production Planner in Tinton Falls, NJ!
\n \nThis Direct-Hire role offers an opportunity to join a growing print manufacturing organization where you'll play a critical role in bringing client projects to life.
\n \nSchedule is Monday-Friday / 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. This is an on-site position.
\n \nSalary range is $90,000 - $110,000 annually depending on experience.
\n \nThe Print Production Planner will oversee projects from concept to completion while ensuring quality, accuracy, budget adherence, and on-time delivery. This position is ideal for a print industry professional who enjoys balancing production planning, problem-solving, and customer service responsibilities.
\n \nResponsibilities:
\n-Manage all aspects of production for assigned jobs from start to finish, ensuring quality, accuracy, budget adherence, and on-time delivery.
\n-Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, Sales, Customer Service, and clients to ensure requirements are met or exceeded.
\n-Provide production expertise and consultation on best practices while delivering world-class customer experience.
\n-Coordinate outsourced vendor services and ensure all required materials, including paper, dies, cartons, and other components, are available when needed.
\n-Collaborate with department managers and communicate schedule changes, specification updates, and production concerns to ensure production objectives are achieved.
\n-Review proofs, drawdowns, and prototypes to ensure the highest level of quality and accuracy prior to client delivery.
\n-Assist with client approvals and on-site customer visits as needed.
\n-Participate in internal meetings, contributing ideas and solutions to support continuous improvement.
\n-Review project costs to ensure billing accuracy.
