Community Outreach & Partnerships Manager (Nonprofit)

Cenikor Foundation in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Client Outreach Manager to expand our network of referral sources and grow community partnerships. You will work closely with the Director of Business Development to promote Cenikor's continuum of care. The role requires local travel, presenting to judges, attorneys, payers and healthcare providers, and maintaining CRM records.
