Client Service Representative (CSR)

North Star Animal Hospital

North Star Animal Hospital is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, friendly Client Service Representative to help make every client and patient feel welcome. If you love working with people and pets, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and can bring calm, compassionate service to a worried pet parent, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phone calls and emails, schedule appointments, and help manage appointment flow
• Listen to client questions and concerns, share approved care instructions, and direct medical questions to the appropriate medical team member
• Check clients in and out, review invoices, and process payments accurately
• Maintain complete, up-to-date client and patient records in ezyVet
• Coordinate messages and information between clients, doctors, and the veterinary team
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Support your teammates with a proactive, positive approach during busy periods

What We’re Looking For

• At least one year of experience as a veterinary CSR or veterinary receptionist
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computers, veterinary practice management software, and multi-line phone systems
• Friendly, gracious, patient, and compassionate with clients and their pets
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure
• A dependable team player who takes initiative and contributes to a positive work environment

This is an in-person position. Our team works together on site to provide face-to-face client care and support one another throughout the day.
