Maintenance Supervisor Details:

• Direct hire position
• $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 / annually
• Weekend work required
• Second shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 11:30pm)

Job Details:

• Lead and supervise a team of 12 maintenance technicians and contractors across three shifts
• Manage and improve preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate corrective repairs for manufacturing and packaging operations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Oversee maintenance purchasing, spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and budget control
• Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to support equipment performance, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency

Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications:

• 10+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience managing preventive maintenance (PM) programs and reducing equipment downtime
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
• Experience with automated manufacturing, filling, packaging, or production equipment
• Proficiency with CMMS systems and maintenance performance metrics

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
