Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Home Health Nurse located in Council Bluffs, IA. The Home Health Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting assessments, developing individualized care plans, administering treatments, and monitoring progress. The role involves coordinating with other healthcare professionals, educating patients and their families, and ensuring compliance with care standards and protocols. The Home Health Nurse will play a key role in promoting patient recovery and overall well-being while maintaining compassionate, quality care. Qualifications Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and administering treatments Strong communication skills for educating patients and families on care plans and medical procedures Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals and team members Knowledge of home health regulations, compliance standards, and best practices Adaptability, attention to detail, and time management skills to ensure effective care delivery Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa Prior experience in home health or a related healthcare field is preferred Proficiency in documentation and electronic medical records (EMR) systems is a plus Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license #J-18808-Ljbffr
