As an Insurance Sales Advisor , you'll help prospective and existing customers understand their insurance needs and find coverage solutions that fit their individual situations. You'll also play an important role in generating new business, developing customer relationships, and contributing to the continued growth of the agency.

Previous sales experience or a demonstrated ability to consistently meet performance goals is required for consideration.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Generate new business through prospecting, outbound outreach, lead follow-up, and referrals

• Meet with customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Sell and cross-sell insurance products including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Build and maintain customer relationships through consistent communication and follow-up

• Work toward individual sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth

• Follow up with quotes, prospects, and existing customers to identify additional opportunities

• Stay current on insurance products, services, and compliance requirements

• Use CRM tools to manage leads, customer information, and follow-up activity

• Participate in team meetings, training, and sales development activities

What You Bring

We're looking for someone who is professional, coachable, organized, and motivated by achieving results.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Confidence with outbound calls and sales conversations

• A goal-oriented approach and willingness to be held accountable to performance expectations

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• A willingness to learn and apply coaching

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain

• Bilingual abilities are a plus

Compensation Range: $55K - $75K
