Business Banking Representative Regular Full-Time, Middleton, WI, US Location: Sun Prairie or Middleton, Wisconsin Key Responsibilities Initiate and process commercial loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Assist portfolio management – process loan advances, paydowns, payment issues, wires and other servicing needs. Act as a point of contact for business clients, ensuring timely resolution of account-related needs and delivering exceptional customer service. Meet with business customers to open accounts, close loans, complete profiling information, clear documentation exceptions, and obtain additional information. Support assigned business bankers to meet required deadlines for service expectations and Starion standards. Qualifications Three to five years of similar or related experience.
