Physical Therapist (PT) - General

Physical Therapist Outpatient

Shift: 5x8 Day shifts

Contract length: not specified

Requirements:

• TX PT license
• BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of PT experience
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics, post-op rehab, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, gait training, and modalities preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary
• Educate patients and families about their treatments and exercises
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques
• Assess and rehabilitate patients with orthopedic and occasional neurological diagnoses
