Trane Technologies is hiring an Account Manager in Knoxville, TN to drive business growth and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Generate budgeted sales, manage mix and pricing to achieve margin goals and grow market share in the assigned territory. Develop and execute an account‑specific business plan to identify long‑term mutual support requirements and facilitate a profitable partnership. Identify customers’ problems and needs; create dynamic action plans to meet them. Assess market opportunities and analyze sales data. Attend sales meetings and report sales activity, new account development, services, and promotions. Travel the territory daily, with some overnight travel. Qualifications 4+ years of demonstrated experience in Business Development and Sales (degree not required; Associate’s Degree (AA) preferred). Experience with CRM/Salesforce (preferred). Valid driver’s license with no major traffic violations in the past 3 years; minimum 12 months of continuous valid license. Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Compensation Annual base salary range: $66,800.00 – $100,940.00. The total compensation package may vary based on seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, and union designation.
