Capital Markets Associate

Exciting opportunities have arisen for Capital Markets Associates to join two leading U.S. law firms in New York. Working within highly regarded Capital Markets practices, you'll advise major corporates, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and other market participants on a broad range of sophisticated transactions. The opportunities offer exposure to public and private securities offerings, including equity and debt capital markets transactions, alongside complex domestic and cross-border mandates. Requirements Class of 2023 or equivalent level of experience. Experience advising on capital markets transactions, including equity and/or debt offerings and other securities matters. Strong knowledge of U.S. securities laws and relevant regulatory requirements. Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Experience working effectively on complex transactions involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams. A commercial mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with sophisticated clients.
