Our exclusive client’s caseload is primarily small animal in a vibrant state‑of‑the‑art general practice setting. About the Role Work alongside a team of veterinarians and experienced support staff in a busy, well‑equipped hospital. Combine hands‑on patient care with clinical leadership, influencing medical standards and team development without excessive administrative burden. Key Responsibilities Deliver high‑quality small animal medicine and surgery. Provide mentorship and clinical support to fellow DVMs. Guide and support the medical team’s professional development. Collaborate with hospital leadership to uphold and advance medical standards. Foster a positive, team‑oriented hospital culture. Remain actively involved in cases while shaping the hospital’s medical direction and long‑term success. The Facility The hospital is fully equipped with modern diagnostic and treatment tools to support exceptional patient care, including: Ultrasound Digital radiography (body and dental) ECG equipment and laser therapy Dedicated surgical suite Strong, experienced technician and support team Supportive, collaborative culture committed to high‑quality medicine in a professional environment Schedule Full‑time position: 4 mid‑week days with occasional weekends on a rotational basis.
