We are rapidly expanding and looking for a professional, self-motivated individual to fill the role of Warehouse Associate - Maintenance.ResponsibilitiesThe Warehouse Associate - Maintenance is responsible for taking care of the facility and carrying out cleaning and maintenance duties. The goal is to keep the building in a clean and orderly condition. We only want dynamic, career-minded people who are willing to dedicate themselves to this job.Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning etc.)Gather and empty trashPerform and document routine inspection and maintenance activitiesCarry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projectsNotify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairsStock and maintain supply roomsFollow all health and safety regulationsMiscellaneous projects and perform other related duties as assignedQualificationsExperience as a cleanerKnowledge of cleaning chemicals and suppliesGood attendance and punctualityGreat communication skillsGood time management skills/ability to multi-tasksAccurately follow directions, both written and verbalMaintain individual productivity and quality standards according to department requirementsRegularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10 - 50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh upto 100 lbs.Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reachOccasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balanceMay be subject to environmental conditions.
