Qualifications:

• Completion of RBT training (RBT certification does not need to be currently active)
• At least two years of experience as an RBT working in a school setting
• Solid skills in implementing behavior intervention plans and managing classroom behaviors
• Adaptability to shift between classroom-based and floater roles as assigned
• Reliability and professionalism for onsite work five days a week

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent behavioral support to students in both intensive classroom settings and as a support floater
• Implement evidence-based interventions in collaboration with school staff
• Collect and maintain student data to track progress and inform strategies
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Adapt interventions to best meet individual student needs, even in the absence of a BCBA supervisor
