About the Role:

The HR Services Lead plays a pivotal role in driving the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources operations within a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of HR services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with regulatory requirements. The HR Services Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement HR strategies that support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices applicable to the manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience managing HR teams and delivering HR services in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and data analytics tools.
• Demonstrated success in leading change management initiatives within manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Advanced degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and their impact on workforce management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR services team to deliver comprehensive HR support including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with federal, state, and local labor laws and manufacturing industry standards.
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide strategic HR solutions that drive employee engagement and retention.
• Oversee HR data management and reporting to ensure accuracy and support decision-making processes.
• Facilitate training and development initiatives to enhance team capabilities and promote continuous improvement within HR services.
