Receptionist

CWR is seeking a receptionist at our corporate office. The receptionist is responsible and accountable to the director or accounting. Assist by providing administrative and clerical support. Assists with projects as needed.

Essential job duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for answering and fielding all incoming calls.

Responsible for checking inventory of office supplies and ordering as needed, assuming costs are appropriately managed.

Responsible for scheduling office maintenance and miscellaneous repairs.

Prepare weekly shipments and manage distribution of all incoming mail.

Coordinating and completing various office services such as mailings, copying, etc. for work areas. Must be efficient in organization of office paperwork, preparation of office forms for office personnel, and timely maintenance of various tracking records.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Over three months and up to and including 12 months to become familiar with responsibilities and duties to perform effectively under normal supervision
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Accurate record keeping ability and familiarity with basic office procedures required
• Ability to enter data and understand various computer programs
• Maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to organize and manage time and duties efficiently
• Effectively communicate verbally and in writing
• Must be able to meet company MVR requirements and have a valid Florida driver's license
• Employer conducts drug screening and background check
