About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Product Strategy and Operations to lead a team that is pivotal in bridging the gap between product strategy and execution. This role is focused on operational planning, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the product organization is set up to scale effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a small team and will work closely with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include analyzing data to provide insights for the product team, managing technical and strategic partnerships, leading pricing strategy and operations, and driving product-led growth processes. The role demands a strategic and operational mindset, with a strong emphasis on product analytics, and the ability to present complex data in a comprehensible manner. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years' experience in business strategy and operations, with a background in product analytics, and a proven track record of leading from the front line. They should be adept at problem-solving, have excellent communication skills, and be able to manage multiple teams with a high level of responsiveness and adaptability. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a business degree and consulting experience. The VP will be expected to be a thought leader, standardize communications, and facilitate interaction between the product team and the business as necessary.
