What Youll Do

• Assist construction crews with daily operations on highway, paving, and site development projects.
• Perform general labor duties including sweeping, shoveling, raking, tamping, and site cleanup.
• Mix, pour, and move construction materials like cement, concrete, and bricks.
• Support formwork setup and breakdown activities.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Support grading, paving, and utility installation operations.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety standards.
• Follow all traffic control and safety procedures in roadway environments.

• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor for extended periods.
• Comfort and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, humidity).
• Capacity to accurately follow both verbal and written instructions.
