Landscape Crew Member

Join our team as a Landscape Crew Member and help create and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in their work, and are eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment. As a Landscape Crew Member, you will play a key role in ensuring that landscapes are healthy, attractive, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation and maintenance of landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and lawn care
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform routine groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and weeding
• Follow instructions from crew leaders and supervisors to complete daily assignments
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

• Able to lift 50 lbs. (Equipment, tools, and supplies may need to be lifted, carried, pulled and/or pushed)
• Able to walk/stand for long periods of time
• Able to reach, bend, twist, kneel, stoop, squat, crouch and grasp along with repetitive movements may be part of daily job duties
• Must be able to work in summer and winter climates

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Thursday plus on call during busy season

Language:

• English or Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
