Production Associate - Day Shift - Days Off: Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday

Responsibilities This Production Associate is responsible for labeling, portioning, meal bagging/kitting, and shipping while adhering to all floor safety and food safety standard operating procedures (SOPs). The role follows a day shift schedule, working from 7 AM to 5:30 PM, with designated days off on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Detailed Responsibilities Labeling, Portioning, & Meal Bagging Receive direction from Supervisor or Production Lead to fulfill production requirements Label packaging at the standard average rate Use proper measuring utensils to portion ingredients Maintain strong attention to detail while picking ingredients in the meal bagging/kitting process Visually inspect produce Transition between tasks when needed Shipping Work at a fast pace with strong attention to detail Collaborate as a team to reach shipping goals General Responsibilities Follow all GMPs while onsite at the facilities Keep work area clean at all times and assist with end‑of‑day clean‑ups Adhere to all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques Support the company’s food safety system (SQF) and quality programs This position requires 0% travel. Pay and Benefits Base salary range: $17.50 — $17.50 USD per hour (Georgia).
