What You'll Do As a CNC Operator, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machines and making sure the parts you produce meet our quality standards. Operate Makino 4- and 5-axis CNC machining centers , many with automation Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, tolerances, and CMM reports Load materials, change tools, and make offsets Inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other precision measuring equipment Complete production and inspection documentation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Compensation & Benefits Up to $25/hour, depending on experience 401(k) with a 100% employer match up to $5,200 per year 80 hours of PTO in your first year, increasing annually up to 200 hours 6 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision, life, accident, and disability insurance Bonus opportunities What You Bring The right CNC Operatoris dedicated, independent and accountable. The skills needed: Mechanical aptitude and strong problem-solving skills Ability to read blueprints and understand basic GD&T Experience with precision measurement tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality CNC machining, machine operation, mechanical, maintenance, or manufacturing experience is a plus Experience with 4-5 axis Makino machines is highly preferred Why Advance CNC?
