Responsibilities
Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with clients by providing tailored risk management advice.
Analyze current market offerings to identify the best coverage options for your specific accounts.
Guide clients through the renewal process, ensuring their protection remains aligned with their evolving needs.
Collaborate with our underwriting partners to secure competitive terms for our policyholders.
Mentor junior team members by sharing insights on industry best practices and effective sales techniques.
Represent The Atlantic District within the Salisbury community to foster local trust and visibility.
Requirements
Maryland Property Casualty insurance producer license.
Minimum of five years of experience in insurance sales or client advisory roles.
Strong track record of managing and retaining a diverse book of business.
Expertise in navigating complex policy coverage and risk assessment.
Proficiency in industry-standard agency management systems.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills.
Deep familiarity with the Salisbury and Eastern Shore local business landscape.
