Step into a role where your expertise directly protects what matters most to clients. As a Senior Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, delivering a highly personalized, proactive service experience for individuals and families with complex insurance needs.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a portfolio of complex personal lines accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and relationship owner.
• Deliver an elevated, concierge-level service experience; responsive, thoughtful, and detail-driven.
• Oversee the full client lifecycle, including quoting, placement, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Conduct proactive coverage reviews, identifying gaps and recommending tailored solutions across multiple lines.
• Partner closely with carriers and underwriters to secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Support and advocate for clients during claims, especially in critical or time-sensitive situations.
• Identify opportunities to expand coverage and strengthen client relationships.
• Mentor team members and contribute to a culture of service excellence.

What Sets You Apart

• 5+ years of Personal Lines experience in an independent agency setting.
• Experience handling complex or multi line personal insurance accounts.
• Strong understanding of coverage, underwriting, and carrier relationships.
• Exceptional communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for client care.
• Industry designations (CIC, CISR, AAI) are a plus.
