About the Role:
Join the VITAL ORTHOPEDIC & SPINE INSTITUTE as an Xray Tech in beautiful Fort Lauderdale, FL. Be a vital part of our healthcare team, providing essential imaging services to help diagnose and treat patients effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality X-ray & C-Arm imaging procedures on patients.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging.
- Maintain and operate X-ray equipment following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians to discuss imaging results.
- Keep accurate records of patient procedures and images.
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards.
- Assist in scheduling patient appointments and follow-ups.
- Provide excellent patient care and support throughout the imaging process.
Requirements:
- Current certification as an X-ray Technologist.
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong understanding of radiographic techniques and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication in Spanish and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Compassionate demeanor towards patients.
- Flexibility to work various satellite offices in S Florida.
