Delish Deli Manager Starting from £14.63 per hour and great benefits. Full-time position at 42.5 hours per week, working Monday to Sunday 6:00am to 3:00pm with flexibility required and occasional 4:00am starts. Responsibilities Listening to and understanding our customers’ needs and advising customers about our products and services. Providing a first class service to all customers. Allocating work duties to team members to ensure all duties are covered and service quality maintained. Enforcing constant watch over Health & Safety, Security, Discipline and Due Diligence. Carrying out food safety control checks in all areas to ensure standards are maintained and recorded. Ensuring stock is displayed correctly to attract sales, correct pricing and waste recording procedures. Preparing and cooking all food in line with company procedure and Health & Safety regulations. Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the Daily Deli Department (front and back) at all times. Enforcing all legislative demands/standards of fire, health, hygiene and safety strictly. Age 18 years or above (due to store legislative requirements). Undertaking other duties as required for the role. Qualifications & Experience At least 1 year’s experience in a serviced food role, delivering a fantastic customer experience. At least 6 months’ experience in leading a team. Positive attitude and love for people, inspiring and motivating the team. Creative flair and eye for detail, ensuring excellent presentation and standards. Knowledge of Food Safety practices and procedures with minimum Level 2 qualification in Food Safety.
