Quality Control InspectorPrimary Staffing is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for a short-term inspection assignment in Batavia, IL. The inspector will be responsible for independently observing, overseeing, and documenting a third-party inspection of five separate product lots. The purpose of the inspection is to determine whether insects, pests, or signs of infestation are present. Each lot contains approximately 20 metric tons of product. The inspector must remain objective and impartial while accurately documenting the inspection process, observations, and findings.ResponsibilitiesAccompany and oversee third-party inspection activities.Observe the inspection of five separate product lots.Visually check for insects, pests, or signs of infestation.Take detailed and accurate notes throughout the inspection.Capture photographs and videos of inspection activities.Take timestamped photos throughout the assignment to document inspection progress and attendance.Submit required timestamped photos through the designated WhatsApp group as work progresses.Document any evidence of insects, pests, or infestation.Verify that inspection procedures are completed appropriately.Maintain accurate and complete inspection documentation.Assist with sampling and chain-of-custody documentation when applicable.Prepare a clear and comprehensive inspection summary.Report whether insects or other pests were identified in each lot.RequirementsPrevious inspection, quality control, auditing, or related experience preferred.Strong attention to detail.Ability to accurately document observations and findings.Comfortable taking photos and videos as part of the inspection process.Comfortable taking timestamped photos throughout the assignment.Must be able to use WhatsApp to submit required documentation.Must have access to a smartphone capable of using WhatsApp and a timestamp camera application.Able to work independently while remaining objective and impartial.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Able to communicate professionally with site personnel and third-party inspection teams.Familiarity with sampling, chain-of-custody procedures, or inspection documentation preferred.Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.Schedule & PayStart Date: Monday, August 17, 2026 Starting Schedule: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Assignment Length: Minimum 3–5 days Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour End times may vary depending on inspection progress and may extend beyond 1:00 PM on some days.
