Salary: $165,000 - 205,000 per year Requirements:

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Power Platform solutions in complex enterprise environments
• Strong experience designing and developing advanced Microsoft Power Apps, including complex applications for business or program teams
• Experience integrating Power Apps with Power Automate, Microsoft 365, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and other data sources
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve Power Apps performance, usability, and maintainability
• Experience building Power BI dashboards with data from multiple sources
• Experience integrating Azure DevOps with Power Platform solutions for reporting, workflows, or metrics
• Working knowledge of SAFe, particularly portfolio management and execution concepts
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across teams or programs
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• U.S. citizenship
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate, Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate, or SAFe certification

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain advanced Power Apps for products, projects, documentation, portfolio activities, and operational workflows
• Translate business requirements into practical applications, manage development backlogs, and deliver enhancements iteratively
• Integrate Power Apps with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, Power BI, Azure DevOps, and approved data sources
• Troubleshoot application performance, usability, data, and integration issues; build scalable, maintainable solutions with appropriate security, permissions, data access, and lifecycle practices
• Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows that connect applications, data, and business processes; reduce manual work and resolve workflow issues
• Build Power BI dashboards, connect data sources, transform and validate data, and create visualizations for leadership and delivery teams
• Use Azure DevOps data, work items, and reporting capabilities to support portfolio management, delivery tracking, backlog management, and performance measurement
• Support Power Platform needs across the EIDS and DHMSM programs, working with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and balance changing priorities
• Develop solutions for shared use where teams have common needs, and communicate progress, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines
• Align applications and reporting with SAFe portfolio and execution practices, supporting visibility into priorities, capacity, schedules, dependencies, and delivery
• Gather and refine requirements with program teams, analysts, product owners, and leadership; demonstrate solutions and incorporate feedback
• Provide documentation and guidance, and help teams adopt and maintain applications, reports, and automated workflows
