What You’ll Do Implement individualized treatment plans developed in collaboration with the rehabilitation team. Conduct thorough evaluations and establish measurable short- and long-term therapy goals. Educate residents, families, and caregivers on techniques that support ongoing progress. What You’ll Bring Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license in the state of Indiana. Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
