Production Line Frontline Supervisor (Junior)

Quick Facts- Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM – approximately 11:00 PM
- Pay: $23.00–$27.00/hour plus $1 shift differential
- OT: Roughly 10 hours/week, paid at 1.5x after 40 hours
- Do you enjoy working shoulder-to-shoulder with operators while setting direction?
- Can you step in when the supervisor is out and keep production humming?
- Are you comfortable diagnosing process snags and equipment issues on the fly?
- Do you get energy from coaching, training, and celebrating team wins?
- Own safety, quality, and throughput on your area of the floor—by example and by influence.
- Lead huddles, organize work, and act as the point person when the Production Supervisor is unavailable (absences, meetings, training, vacations).
- Coach operators, deliver on-the-job training, and help teammates grow their skills.
- Troubleshoot production challenges; partner with maintenance to address hydraulic, pneumatic, or basic electrical issues.
- Perform setups and changeovers to align with schedule needs.
- Measure and report on key performance indicators; champion continuous improvement and workplace organization.
- Nurture a positive, team-oriented culture focused on results and learning.
- At least 1 year leading in manufacturing/production —or clear, demonstrated leadership in a production role.
- Knowledge of manufacturing workflows and common equipment.
- Technical comfort with hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems.
- Strong judgment under pressure; effective troubleshooting in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving ability, and organization.
- A servant-leader mindset: hands-on, collaborative, and consistent.
