Production Supervisor

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have: 2-5 years of industrial leadership experience, education in manufacturing technology or business management and be proficient in lean/continuous improvement methods. Requirements: High School Diploma, additional technical certificates - degrees preferred. 2-5 years related supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Ability to effectively lead, train and schedule production team. Deep understanding and commitment to continuous improvement, utilizing Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, etc. to improve efficiency, optimize workflows and minimize scrap. Basic knowledge of quality control practices and principles. Manage effective and accurate work instructions and tool set-up data. Ability to troubleshoot machinery issues and manage corrective actions. Proficiency with computer applications necessary to track production metrics, inventory and KPIs. Ensure a clean, efficient and safe work environment at all times. Flexible work schedule depending on production requirements. Effectively work with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
