Who This Role Is For You might be a great fit if you: Enjoy leading people and believe most performance issues can be fixed with better systems and coaching Are decisive , action-oriented, and comfortable making calls without perfect information Can juggle priorities, pivot quickly, and keep momentum moving forward Are organized, data-aware, and an expert at using spreadsheets and systems Don’t get stuck overthinking — you evaluate, decide, act, and adjust Can have tough conversations and build trust and morale Who This Role Is NOT For This role is likely not a good fit if you: Prefer simple, methodical environments with minimal change Avoid accountability conversations or people management Get stuck in analysis paralysis or need everything fully defined before acting Want to lead from behind a desk and avoid operational realities Don’t bounce back from mistakes quickly Compensation & Growth Competitive salary based on experience Room for growth, raises, and expanded responsibility What You’ll Be Responsible For Act as the go-to person for operational questions and issues Lead, coach, and develop operational staff and maintain a positive environment Responsible for onboarding, regular feedback, disciplinary, and performance reviews Use data to anticipate issues and make adjustments (schedule, shift manpower, etc.) Support road crews with daily deployment, adjustments, and issue resolution Improve and create systems, policies, and workflows continuously Anticipate hiring needs— Conduct first-round interviews for operational roles Manage supplies and purchasing Computer & Documentation Responsibilities Use Excel confidently (creating and operating spreadsheets) Maintain organized, professional email communication Create presentations and professional documents Maintain centralized digital files and documentation Work Environment & Expectations Fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment Mostly weekday work; occasional weekend work with shared on‑call rotation Combination of leadership, systems work, and hands‑on support We care more about how you think and lead than your exact background.
