Must have functional and operational experience in the Supply Chain Management and Operations domains who can understand, analyze and define business requirements. This individual must be able to use hands-on, cross-functional approaches to identify pain points and drive improvements. Must have the passion, business and technical acumen and experience to drive best-in-class supply chain processes and efficienciesResponsible for staffing, recruiting, training, talent development, engagement & retention of employeesNegotiation expertise to include drafting and negotiating contract vehicles including Subcontracts, Letter Subcontracts, Teaming Agreements, Non-Disclosure Agreements and Sole Source AgreementsEstablish & manage major contractual milestones, such as preliminary and critical reviews and other contractual schedule goals throughout the program, including analysis of supplier capacity and capabilities. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.Active Secret Clearance required.Preferred Additional Skills:TS/SCI clearance preferredExperience in the following contract types: FFP, FPIF, T&M, Labor Hour, Cost-Plus (w/fixed-fee, incentive fee, or award fee)Experience managing budgets and sales forecastingProficient in Microsoft Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Strong verbal and written communication skillsLean Six Sigma experiencePrevious Leadership experienceIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $103,000- $191,000. For California, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $118,000- $219,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
