Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

Providing multi-channel support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will address inquiries, resolve billing issues, and assist users with the SuperPay solution in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Provide support via email, chat, and phone to carriers, drivers, shippers, and brokers Investigate and resolve billing concerns, including subscription management and invoicing discrepancies Assist users with payment processing issues and setup guidance related to the SuperPay solution Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in customer support, preferably in a SaaS or technical environment Spanish language proficiency required Experience supporting billing systems or payment platforms Familiarity with software troubleshooting practices and customer success strategies Willingness to work weekend shifts as part of the regular schedule
