Executive Assistant

Salary: $70,000-75,000 Is this your perfect fit? Do you excel at supporting executive leadership by staying two steps ahead and keeping priorities on track? Are you looking for a role where you can partner closely with leadership in a growing, client?focused firm? Would you love to start your weekend early with half day Fridays from April-December? What your future day will look like: Manage the Managing Partner’s schedule, meetings, travel, and daily priorities to maximize efficiency. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow?up actions. Oversee communications by screening messages, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely responses. Track key projects, deadlines, and initiatives while supporting execution and follow?through. Serve as a liaison between leadership, staff, clients, and external partners to ensure clear communication. Support firm operations, events, and administrative processes that contribute to overall efficiency and organization.
