Overview Pay: $25/hour—weekday shifts; $27/hour—weekend shifts; and $2 differential for Registered Behavior Technician certification. Direct Support Professional III Seven Hills Community Services, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation Join Seven Hills Foundation as a Direct Support Professional, RBT, providing one-to-one support in a private home. Responsibilities Provide person‑centered support in a private home and the community. Implement Individual Support Plans, behavior supports, and therapeutic routines. Assist with life skills, household responsibilities, and community activities. Coordinate medical appointments and support overall health and wellness. Collaborate with families, caregivers, clinicians, and team members. Document services and maintain confidential records in accordance with agency standards. Qualifications Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in direct support, disability services, or related areas.
