Allied Technician - Physical Therapist

Registered Nurse (RN)
We invite dedicated nursing professionals to explore an exciting opportunity as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care and possess the ability to adapt to the diverse needs of our patient population.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate and patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and respond appropriately.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Current state nursing license or compact license is required.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum of 90% productivity requirement must be met to maintain position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
